What is Air Test Tech's Sampling, Testing , and Air analysis procedures?

Air Test Techs performs targeted air and/or surface sampling based on visual inspection findings. A minimum of three samples are collected, with an outdoor air sample required as a control for accurate comparison.

All samples are analyzed by a certified microbiology laboratory to identify and quantify mold spores. We provide a detailed laboratory report along with a customized assessment and remediation protocol based on both lab results and site conditions.

Sampling locations and quantities are determined by inspection findings and performed with client approval.

What is the purpose of purchasing additional samples?

Purchasing additional samples provides a more complete and accurate picture of the air quality and mold conditions throughout your property. Each sample represents a specific area or room, and since mold contamination can vary from one location to another, taking multiple samples helps identify hidden or isolated issues that may not show up in a limited test.

We offer a 3-day turnaround time after inspection completion and entire service payment is received.

Does Air Test Techs. provide follow up corrective services?

We focus solely on mold inspection, air testing, and reporting services. We believe inspectors and assessor should not benefit further from the issues they identify besides the price they are worth. To prioritize our clients' best interest , we intentionally refrain from performing mold remediation, restoration, or any other corrective services. This ensures that our assessments, suggestions, and guidance remain impartial and are not influence by the prospect of obtaining "more work".
